How to Request Deletion (खाता कैसे हटवाएँ)

1. Email support@civilbandhu.in from the Google account email you use to sign in to the app.
2. Use the subject “Delete my Civil बंधु account”.
3. We will confirm the request from that email and delete your account and personal data within 30 days. You will get a confirmation email once it is done.

Data That Will Be Deleted (जो डेटा हटेगा)

• Your account and user ID, name and email address.
• Your test results, scores and study progress.
• Your notification token and plan activation linked to the account.

Data That May Be Kept (जो डेटा रखा जा सकता है)

• Purchase and transaction records (order ID, plan, amount, date and billing email) may be kept for as long as required by tax and accounting laws, and are then deleted.
• Anonymous usage statistics that cannot identify you.

Files on Your Device (डिवाइस की फ़ाइलें)

NCERT chapters and papers you downloaded are stored only on your device. Uninstall the app, or clear its storage from your phone settings, to remove them. On a Windows PC, uninstall it from Settings → Apps → Installed apps → Civil बंधु UPSC.
